New Patients

Are you visiting Jeremy Archibald Family & Cosmetic Dentistry to find a new dental care provider for ongoing oral health and maintenance? We’re very happy to assist you and would like to thank you in advance for choosing us.

What about your smile would you like to change?

What priorities and objectives do you have for your oral health? Your initial visit helps us understand what is important to you so that we can best meet your unique needs. Let us know how we can help to assure those concerns are met!

Your first visit will start with gathering important information with one of our assistants and administrative team.  Any necessary x-rays will be taken to assist us in accessing your oral health. Then, Dr. Archibald will conduct a thorough head & neck exam, oral cancer screening, evaluation of your gums and an evaluation of your teeth. After understanding your dental goals, he will recommend any necessary treatment. You should plan on being in our office for about sixty to ninety minutes for this comprehensive assessment. If your schedule allows, we can often coordinate a cleaning with our hygienist on the same day.

If you are experiencing dental or mouth pain, please let us know.  We can focus our first exam around addressing this concern and later perform a comprehensive assessment of your dental condition.
